I am on Automatic Delivery, when will I receive my delivery?

Our optimum delivery is 180 gallons based on a 275 gallon tank which is approximately ¼ reading on your gauge.  This allows us to deliver your oil efficiently.

I am a Will-Call customer, when should I call for my delivery?

You need to give us a 1-2 day notice for a delivery.  You should call when your gauge is no less than ¼.  This will ensure that we have plenty of time to schedule your delivery without the risk of running out of oil.  Will-Call deliveries are only made between Monday – Friday 8Am – 4PM.

Why is the price on my delivery ticket not the same as my capped/fixed rate?

All of our delivery tickets reflect the “daily cash price”.  When your delivery is billed, it will be posted at your capped/fixed rate.

How are Budget Payments calculated?

Our Budgets generally run 10 months from August – May every season.  We use the following example:

1000 gallons with a price of 2.299 per gallon

to calculate your monthly budget payments in 3 easy steps:

1.We base your budget payment on your previous heating season gallonage.

If you are  new to your home and don’t know the previous usage we will use the
                   square
footage of your home to estimate your gallons.

2.The estimated amount of gallons is multiplied by your contracted price per
gallon to equal a total amount due.
                   Example:
  1000 gallons x 2.299 = $ 2,299.00

3.We take the total amount of $ 2,299.00 and divide by 10 (August-May)
to give you 10 monthly payments of $ 300.00 per month.

Please note: The calculated payment above of $ 229.90 is rounded off to the next
whole dollar amount  which would be $ 300.00.

When will I receive my new contract for the upcoming heating season?

We usually mail your new contracts in July for the Guaranteed Price Program which runs from  August-May of every season.  If you haven’t received the new contract by August 15th please call us.

I am on a budget, why am I getting a separate bill for service
work on my Furnace?

Your budget was calculated for your oil needs only.  Any additional charges such as Furnace, A/C Work or additives to your tank need to be paid in addition to your budget payment.

Automatic Payment Deductions

If you are on a budget we can deduct your monthly budget payment either from your checking account or charge it to your credit card.  Call or email us at information@BrideauOilCorporation.com  to have paperwork sent to you.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Checks and Money Orders.  Credit/Debit card payments can be made by phone.

Can I make a payment by phone?

Yes payments can be made by phone with a debit or credit card without any additional fees

How often should I have my Furnace or Boiler tuned-up?

It is recommended that you tune-up your heating system once a year usually in the spring or summer; however we schedule tune-ups all year long.  Doing this service yearly will help detect early problems with your system and keep it running at maximum efficiency.
