 Automatic Delivery

We use a computerized system that monitors the weather and keeps track of your fuel use. This lets us know exactly when to schedule your deliveries so you always have oil when you need it.

You never have to worry about checking your gauge,
ordering fuel or running out of fuel! 

Will-Call Delivery

You call to schedule your deliveries.  Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM.  There is 150 gallon minimum delivery.  NOTE:  Emergency deliveries are charged a delivery fee.  Any charges to restart your furnace due to running out of oil will be your responsibility. 

Capped Pricing Programs

Global politics, extreme weather and rising demand can all cause unpredictable increases in heating oil prices. Our Capped Price protection plan Guarantees your price will never go above your capped rate no matter how high oil prices rise.  If the daily cash rate happens to be lower than your capped rate at the time of your delivery, we will bill your account at the lower rate!    

Our Budgets generally run from August – May, which allows us to spread out your monthly Budget payments over 10 months.  Each payment is the same amount every month so you never have a big unexpected fuel bill to pay.

We also offer a Pre-Buy Program where you pre-pay, ( one-time payment) a set amount of gallons at a capped/fixed rate per gallon in August when the heating season begins.

Automated Payments

We offer two options for Automated payments if you sign up on a Budget Program with us.

ACH –    An automatic withdrawal directly from your checking account for your budget
             payment on the 20^th of each month.         

Credit Card -   Budget Payment automatically charged to your credit card on the 15^th of each month.

These two payment options are available to you at not extra cost to you!

Payment within 10 days

Pay our daily cash rate within 10 days of your delivery (with approved credit).
